Verified photomontages produced with viewpoints chosen after careful consultation with the local planning authority. The aim of the verified views was to make certain that the proposed luxury housing would not be too tall when seen from the adjacent road. The views proved very successful and planning was achieved. Landscape mitigation was shown at year 1 and again at year 10.
